What you get:

  • The Initial Meeting – 1 hour – no charge to see if I am the right Celebrant for you.
  • Unlimited calls, email, and a wedding rehearsal. Up to two face to face meetings to go over ceremony.  Additional meetings will be quoted.
  • Bespoke, personalised ceremony, that truly reflects your style and story.
  • Collection of scripts, vows, music, reading suggestions to inspire
  • Professional delivery of your ceremony.
  • Dress consultation - I will do my best to accommodate your preference.
  • I only book one wedding a day, that way if anything should go awry you have me for the day.
  • I offer many options for each element of the ceremony. From the introduction, ring exchange, vows... all the way through to the finale.
  •  Use of my PA equipment. I have a high end BOSE PA system with Sennheiser microphone with blue tooth.
  • All the legal paperwork is taken care  of.  I will lodge your marriage documents  with Births Deaths and Marriages (BDM) within 14 days of the ceremony.
  • Whilst lodging your documents I can, on your behalf, request to have your Official Marriage Certificate sent to you via Registered Post for an additional $75. I can add this cost to your invoice.
  • Guaranteed a superb day.

Weddings

Pricing for Wedding Ceremonies


  • Wedding Ceremonies – up to 1 hr:  $950
  • Commitment – up to one 1 hr:  $800
  • Renewal of Vows - up to one hour 1 hr : $800
  • Legal Only/ Elopement Ceremony – $650 (No fuss- 2 witnesses, no guests) up to 30 mins:   (20% surcharge on public holidays, non-refundable service)
  • Add on rehearsals:  $150
  • Requesting Official Marriage Certificate from Births Deaths Marriages: $75
  • Plus, travel costs for locations over 30 minutes from Maclean.  ($1 per km, tolls and parking)
  • All ceremonies require a $200 booking fee to secure your date.
  • Fiancé Visa Letters : $200. Will consider it a booking fee if you book wedding with me

For couples who want a meaningful, personalised ceremony with elegant styling already taken care of, this package blends warmth, creativity, and ease — so you can simply arrive and soak in the moment.

  •  Personalised Wedding Ceremony – $950
    A warm, engaging ceremony crafted just for you, including meetings, script creation, and officiating.(+$75 if you wish to request your official marriage certificate)
  • Wedding arbour adorned with floral swags
  • Jute aisle rug
  • 10–20 shepherd hooks with mason jar florals
  • Rustic easel with your names in chalk
  • Signing table with silk floral arrangement
  • Two elegant signing chairs
  • Full set-up and pack-down included

🎤 The Ceremony & MC Hosting Package – $2,300

Your celebrant and your MC — one seamless, supportive presence.

For couples who want their day to flow effortlessly from vows to celebration, this package combines a heartfelt ceremony with professional MC hosting — ensuring your timeline feels relaxed, polished, and joy-filled.


What’s included:

  • Personalised Wedding Ceremony – $950. 

Thoughtfully written and delivered in my signature engaging style (+$75 if you wish to request your official marriage certificate)

  • 🎤 MC Hosting – up to 3 hours. Professional, relaxed hosting to guide your reception flow, introduce key moments, support your guests, and keep the energy beautifully balanced.
  • Travel included within the Clarence Valley
  • Additional MC hours available at $500 per hour if required.

💡 FAQs – What’s Included (and What’s Not)

Do you take care of the reception décor or styling?
✨  I don’t provide full ceremony or reception styling services — that’s usually handled by your planner, stylist, or venue team.
✨ What I do take care of is your ceremony, your hosting (if booked), and making sure everything flows beautifully. I’m always happy to work alongside your vendors to keep timings smooth and stress-free.

Do you charge extra for travel?
✨ Travel within the Clarence Valley is included.
✨ Outside this area, travel may incur an additional fee — just ask for a personalised quote.

Can we book extra MC hours?
✨ Absolutely! Additional hours after 3  hours is $500 an hour

Master of Ceremonies

$500  an hour up to 3  hours.  Maximum of 4 hours (plus travel for locations 30 minutes away from Maclean). I will prepare your customised, personalised run sheet with scripts to insure your day is beautiful.
