What you get:

  • The Initial Meeting – 1 hour – no charge to see if I am the right Celebrant for you.
  • Unlimited calls, email, and a wedding rehearsal. Up to two face to face meetings to go over ceremony.  Additional meetings will be quoted.
  • Bespoke, personalised ceremony, that truly reflects your style and story.
  • Collection of scripts, vows, music, reading suggestions to inspire
  • Professional delivery of your ceremony.
  • Dress consultation - I will do my best to accommodate your preference.
  • I only book one wedding a day, that way if anything should go awry you have me for the day.
  • I offer many options for each element of the ceremony. From the introduction, ring exchange, vows... all the way through to the finale.
  • Use of my PA equipment. I have a high end BOSE PA system with Sennheiser microphone with blue tooth.
  • All the legal paperwork is taken care  of.  I will lodge your marriage documents  with Births Deaths and Marriages (BDM) within 14 days of the ceremony.
  • Whilst lodging your documents I can, on your behalf, request to have your Official Marriage Certificate sent to you via Registered Post for an additional $75. I can add this cost to your invoice.
  • Guaranteed a superb day.
  • I won’t charge for travel for locations under 30 minutes.



Weddings

Pricing for Wedding Ceremonies


  • Wedding Ceremonies – up to 1 hr:  $950 - includes signing table and 2 elegant chairs.
  • Commitment – up to one 1 hr:  $800
  • Elopement / Private Ceremonies – up to one 1 hr:  $800 (maximum of 10 guests)
  • Renewal of Vows - up to one hour 1 hr : $800
  • Legals Only Ceremony – (No fuss- 2 witnesses, no guests) up to 30 mins:  $650 (20% surcharge on public holidays, non-refundable service)
  • Add on rehearsals:  $150
  • Requesting Official Marriage Certificate from Births Deaths Marriages: $75
  • Plus, travel costs for locations over 30 minutes.  ($1 per km, tolls and parking)
  • All ceremonies require a $200 booking fee to secure your date.
  • Fiancé Visa Letters : $200. Will consider it a booking fee if you book wedding with me

This all-inclusive package brings together everything you need for a magical, stress-free celebration:

The Celebration Luxe Package is designed for couples who want to relax, have fun, and know that every detail of their ceremony and hosting is taken care of.  From your heartfelt “I do” to the final toast, I’ll make sure your day flows seamlessly with joy, laughter, and a touch of luxe magic.


Please note: I don’t handle décor or styling of your reception venue — but I’ll happily work with your vendors or coordinator to keep everything running smoothly. Wedding ceremony supply packages include set up and removal. Chair hire and other amenities to be handled by couple.

  • 10-20 shepherd hooks adorned with lovely floral bouquets hanging from mason jars to mark the aisle/decorate guest chairs.
  • Rustic easel decorated with a stunning floral swag (your names written in chalk)
  • Stunning silk floral arrangement on signing table
  • Signing table and 2 elegant chairs.


  • The "Charming Harmony" Package - $750
  • Wedding arbour with beautiful floral swags

  • 2 shepherd hooks complemented by lovely floral bouquets in mason jars.

💡 FAQs – What’s Included (and What’s Not)

Do you take care of the reception décor or styling?
✨ No, I don’t handle the styling or decoration of your ceremony or reception venue. That’s usually managed by your planner, stylist, or venue team.
✨ What I do take care of is your ceremony, your hosting as MC, and making sure everything flows beautifully on the day. I’ll happily work alongside your vendors or coordinator to keep timings on track and make sure you (and your guests!) are having the best time.

Do you charge extra for travel?
✨ Within the Clarence Valley, travel is included in your package.
✨ Outside this area, travel may incur an additional fee — just ask for a personalised quote.

Can we book extra MC hours?
✨ Absolutely! Additional hours are $500 each — though The Celebration Luxe Package already includes one extra complimentary hour.

Master of Ceremonies

$500  an hour up to 3  hours.  Maximum of 4 hours (plus travel for locations 30 minutes away from Maclean). I will prepare your customised, personalised run sheet with scripts to insure your day is beautiful.
